Checking Out the iPads

This afternoon Room 4 experimented with the literacy applications on our iPads. Look at how hard we are concentrating.

Welcome Back

It was lovely to be back at St. Joseph's today. Mrs Scarlett and I are really excited to be teaching these wonderful children.

Fun with St. John's

We had great fun with the boys from St. John's. They were teaching us some sports skills.

How Many?

There was frantic predicting and checking going on in Room 4 today as we exposured weight and measurment. 

Swimming

Room 4 have had a great swim this afternoon with lots of children managing to kick across the pool with a flutter board. Amazing. Here we are just about to get in and then warming up on the poolside after our swim. 

ROCKY SHORE - WHAT A GREAT DAY

Wow, what a great day we have had a the rocky shore.  

First we all took responsible for God's creation and helped pick up rubbish around the estuary.  We saw lots of mud crabs and beautiful flowers and grasses.

 

Next we went to the Rocky Shore and explored the rock pools.  We had a wonderful time and saw lot of wonderful animals.

 

Visit from the Police Dogs

Many many thanks to Luca's granddad for bringing his team of police dogs and handlers to our school.  They were amazing and we all enjoyed watching these amazing dogs in action.
