Measuring

We JWe have been learning to measure using different units of measurement. We used 10s rods to measure how tall we were. We then found people who were the same height, smaller and taller than us.  It  was great fun.

Crossing the Road

We have been learning how to cross the road safely with our Year 8 road patrollers. 

Niamh had a little lamb.

We had a special visitor in Room 4. A big thank you to Niamh's mum for bringing in their pet lamb to show the children.

Measurement

We have been learning to measure. We compared the length of our teddies and put them in order from smallest to largest. We had to do lots of talking and comparing to get the job done.

Hand Washing

Debs our wonderful school nurse came to visit Room 4 on Tuesday. She taught us how to wash our hands properly and reminded us of when we need to wash our hands.

Olympic Fever

Room 4 have really enjoyed learning all about the Rio Olympics.  Here we are creating our own version on the Rio statue of Jesus.

Term 3

Goodness it's Friday of week 2 already. In Room 4 we have been learning about money. There has been lots of busy shopping this morning.
